Kylemore Community Training Centre provides vocational training and
education programmes to meet the needs of young people aged **Apply on

The instructor will be responsible for the development and delivery of
a range of modules within the QQI General and Vocational curriculum to
support young people to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to
pursue further education, training and employment.
Essential requirements:
* A recognized formal third level qualification in the areas of
Education and Training
* Minimum of 2 years proven experience of delivery of QQI Awards at
Levels 3, 4 and 5
* Experience and ability to work effectively with young people in a
training environment, demonstrating an understanding of developmental
needs
* An ability to deliver flexible training options and work across a
range of projects effectively with team members
* The ability to integrate & assist with Technology Enhanced
Learning, Literacy Development & universal design for learning
approaches.
* Excellent interpersonal and ICT skills
* A knowledge of the key state agencies who work with early school
leavers and the policies of same
Desirable:
* Experience in delivering the following modules; Communications,
Teamworking, Entrepreneurial skills, Career preparation, personal and
interpersonal skills
* An additional qualification to deliver a Vocational specialism is
a distinct advantage
Your Responsibilities:
* Developing, delivering, assessing and monitoring of learner
coursework in line with recognized quality assurance standards
* Reporting to the Centre Manager on a day-to-day basis
* Maintain class and learner records and provide statistical reports
as required acting in the role of keyworker and advocate for learners
* Direct supervision of learners aged between **Apply on the

* Assisting with the planning, development, and implementation of
CTC services and programmes
